Tbo Touch celebrates Akon’s 1 billion streams on Spotify
South African media personality Tbo Touch has celebrated Akon’s latest achievement on Spotify.
The American singer shared a video of himself unboxing his Spotify plaques for surpassing 1 billion streams on his hit songs Smack That and Sexy Bitch.
“Felt amazing to finally come home and unbox my 1 billion streams plaques from Spotify for Smack That and Sexy Bitch with my favorite girls,” Akon captioned the video, expressing his excitement.
Tbo Touch, who witnessed the special moment, took to Instagram to congratulate the music star.
“This is beautiful to witness, @akon. You’re one of the hardest-working brothers I know. I’m blessed to have witnessed this journey and all its moments. Happy 1 Billion, Brother,” he wrote.
