Naledi Aphiwe attacked on stage in KZN
Naledi Aphiwe was attacked at Mthandeni’s Summer Experience held at eMdletsheni in KZN.
On Sunday, the rising singer who was endorsed by Chris Brown was booed off stage as the crowd preferred to see see Khuzani “Gatsheni’ Ndlovu.
According to a source who was at the event, the hosts announced that Gatsheni would be on stage next, but Naledi appeared.
“The audience who are big fans of Gatsheni were expecting him to come on stage, but instead Naledi arrived,’ he said.
“That caused a lot of confusion and chaos. They booed her off stage and started throwing bottles and cans at her. She was confused; even when security removed her from the stage, she was still confused,” a source said.
Naledi’s management said, “It was very dangerous, and she felt unsafe after realising what had happened, but we are looking into the matter but she is safe.”
