Kaizer Chiefs head coach Nasreddine Nabi had another case of deja vu on Saturday after watching his side fail to take their chances in a 1-1 home DStv Premiership draw with TS Galaxy.

Chiefs went in front through Wandile Duba’s first half goal. But Glody Lilepo and Gaston Sirino also wasted glorious opportunities.
Chiefs punished
And Amakhosi were punished when Given Msimango put through his own net with ten minutes left.
“I’m tired of repeating myself on the chances we are missing,” Nabi told SuperSport TV after the game at the new Peter Mokaba Stadium.
“We should have scored more than one goal … gave the opponents a chance to stay alive and we know they are good in set-pieces. We tried to make changes, and we unfortunately conceded from a corner.”
The Galaxy goal was a calamity of errors for Chiefs. First Inacio Miguel had to go off injured and was replaced by Edmilson Dove right before the corner.
Dove then jumped for the corner and headed it towards his own goal. Bruce Bvuma made the save but Msimango put the ball into his own net under pressure from Mlungisi Mbunjana.
“We didn’t plan to bring on Dove but when Miguel got injured, we had to sub him. We wanted to bring in George Matlou and Tashreeq Morris to bring height for Morris. The official wasn’t fast enough when we wanted to change and we then conceded,” added Nabi.
How to beat Sundowns?
The result leaves Chiefs winless in their last four Premiership matches. They only stayed in the top eight because Chippa United and Golden Arrows, the two sides below them, played out a goalless draw on Saturday.

Chiefs will now have to somehow come up with a game plan to beat Mamelodi Sundowns in Sunday’s Nedbank Cup semifinal, before a top eight showdown with Chippa on April 19 at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
