Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi was left disappointed after his side failed to defend an early lead in the 2-1 defeat against Orlando Pirates in a Soweto derby match on Saturday.
Glody Lilepo gave Amakhosi the perfect start to the match when he put them in the lead in as early as the second minute of the game, but goals from Evidence Makgopa and Relebohile Mofokeng made sure that the Buccaneers took maximum points and the bragging rights at FNB Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Nabi believes that Chiefs deserved something from the game after their positive start. The Chiefs coach said Amakhosi should also been awarded a penalty in the first half when Mbekezeli Mbokazi appeared to bring to down Mduduzi Shabalala inside the box.
“I don’t think it’s a psychological thing,” Nabi told SuperSport TV after the game.
“When we were leading 1-0 there was a clear penalty. If we get the penalty the game is going to be completely different.”
Nabi added that individual mistakes led to the downfall against Pirates.
“It was individual mistakes that gave the opportunity to the opponent. We feel today we gave the victory to the opponent.”
Chiefs and Pirates will meet again next Saturday, this time in a Nedbank Cup final at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
