Sizwe Dhlomo says gay people are born that way
Sizwe Dhlomo didn’t mince words when responding to a controversial question about homosexuality among successful Black men.
The media personality fired back after a Twitter user asked, “What causes gayness to be so rife amongst Black men with money?” Implying that wealth somehow influences sexual orientation.
In a blunt response, Dhlomo tweeted: “Well, I can’t speak for them, but I do know that people that are gay are gay because they’re born that way. Just like how you were born stupid. Is stupidity rife among you broke nias?”
His unapologetic reply quickly went viral, drawing reactions from both supporters and critics.
The exchange comes shortly after politician Floyd Shivambu appeared to fuel speculation about Dhlomo’s sexuality.
In a now-deleted tweet, Shivambu seemingly implied that Dhlomo might be gay, sparking wider online conversations.
