Chymamusique has given an update on the fundraiser supporting his recovery after surviving a tragic accident that claimed the life of his friend, DJ Poizen, and a few others.
In a post on X, the musician shared that his Back A Buddy campaign has already raised over R100,000, reaching 50% of its goal.
He wrote: “They raised 50% now on Back A Buddy to gift me, they’ve passed R100 000. I’m blessed to have such generous friends, family & supporters.”
The funds are set to cover the multiple surgeries and medical care Chymamusique needs following the severe injuries he sustained in the accident.
Fans, friends, and fellow artists have rallied behind him, showing both financial and emotional support as he works toward recovery.
