The matric results released on 12 January 2026 confirm a strong academic showing by the Class of 2025 at St Mary’s Diocesan School for Girls (DSG), Pretoria.
The cohort achieved a high pass rate, a strong bachelor’s degree pass rate and an impressive number of distinctions across a wide range of subjects.
Commenting on the results, Executive Head of school Odelle Howard said the outcomes reflected sustained effort across the matric year, with students maintaining consistent academic performance and engaging closely with their teachers.

Howard added that academic achievement at St Mary’s DSG is supported by active participation beyond the classroom.
