Blue Pappi has shared new insight into how his track Imali Entsha (G-Mix) came together, revealing that the original vision for the record looked a little different before it reached listeners. The song, which features Young Stunna carries a layered story of timing, creative decisions and studio connections that shaped its final form.
During a recent conversation, Blue Pappi explained that when he first imagined the remix, he saw two distinct voices fitting naturally on the track, including A-Reece alongside Young Stunna. The idea developed during early studio listening sessions where he tested different directions for the G-Mix and considered how each artist’s style could sit within the record’s sound.
“When it comes to the remix, obviously, Young Stunna Inkabi yami. We have been friends for like maybe a year now, like just being broers we met at the studio until he had to record a verse for Imali Entsha Remix. We would just link up outside, have fun,” Blue Pappi said.
He went on to explain how the track’s direction became clearer once he began sharing it with others in his circle, noting the two names that stood out immediately when the beat was played for the first time.
“He actually pulled up to my place to record the song, and in less than an hour, he was done. We submitted it two days after.”
That moment marked a turning point for the project, as Young Stunna quickly stepped into the recording process and delivered his contribution with ease. His involvement helped shape the final version of the G-Mix, which was completed shortly after the session and later released to the public.
Although A-Reece did not appear on the final track, Blue Pappi’s reflection has sparked renewed interest in what his contribution might have added to the record. The conversation has since followed the song beyond its release, as listeners continue to engage with its sound and collaborations.
Imali Entsha (G-Mix) has since become part of Blue Pappi’s growing catalogue, reflecting a period where creative links and quick studio decisions played a key role in shaping his output. Known for his adaptable approach to music and consistent releases, Blue Pappi continues to build his name through collaborations and evolving sounds that connect with a wide audience.
