Following the announcement of headline international acts Bryson Tiller and Masego, Aline Media Group is proud to announce that hip hop heavyweights Swae Lee and Cassper Nyovest have joined the star-studded lineup for the inaugural edition of The Ascots, taking place at the Hollywoodbets Durban July on 4 July 2026. Set against the southern lawns of Hollywoodbets Greyville Racecourse, The Ascots will deliver a premium boutique festival experience, blending live music, curated hospitality, elevated culinary experiences and world-class production.
The event will feature three international acts on one stage, Grammy nominated artists Bryson Tiller, Masego, and Swae Lee, alongside South Africa’s finest talent, including Shekhinah, Elaine, Tresor and Cassper Nyovest, with sounds curated by Brian Henry, Akio and Durban-born Asvnte.
The updated announcement follows a change to the originally communicated lineup, with DJ Mustard no longer performing at The Ascots due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the show, boasting an exciting lineup of three international acts and six leading South African acts promises to deliver a spectacular showstopping experience at The Ascots.

In addition to the updated lineup announcement, The Ascots has also introduced The Gardens ticket tier priced at R2 750, which will offer guests access to The Ascots entertainment experience, including performances by the full artist lineup within a premium festival environment at the Hollywoodbets Durban July.
The addition joins The Ascots’ existing premium hospitality offerings, which include The Ascot Terraces Private Lounge (Table of 10) at R100 000, and the exclusive Owners Sky Club experience (Table of 10) at R150 000).
