Sbahle Mpisane has taken to her social media to open up about her weight loss journey.
The star shared a video of herself injecting herself revealing losing weight sometimes might seem impossible.
Sbahle said most times it can be difficult due to stress levels, hormonal imbalances, and so on.

She continued by saying that in February she lost 97kg but today she is 80kgs on a scale which is mainly affected by her muscle growth.
