The wait is officially over as Yumbs has finally released his long-awaited debut E.P titled ‘The First Offering’. This new Amapiano project is close to the heart for the award-winning DJ and producer, and one cannot argue the fact that Yumbs did indeed take his time composing this masterpiece as he had mentioned and believe me when I say that it was definitely worth the wait! ‘The First Offering’ houses seven tracks featuring the likes of Kelvin Momo, Boohle, Babalwa M, Mellow & Sleazy along with many more exciting talents in the game. ‘Intliziyo’ is a fan-favourited tune as Yumbs teamed up with two splendid voices, DBN Gogo and Sino Msolo to bring fans this love-filled collaborative lead banger that is accompanied by a stunning Visualizer on his official Instagram page.
This feel-good, perfectly constructed body of work sets the mood for the approaching festive season from my perspective. While jamming to the soulful piano rhythm and melodies within this E.P, with fine tunes accompanied by beautiful vocals as well, I envision a warm, fun-filled, intimate gathering with family and friends filled with only good vibes and positive energy! One cannot help but dance while listening to Yumbs’ ‘The First Offering’ E.P and considering the artists’ consistency in making waves in the industry thus far, topping it off by bringing to his fans this masterpiece, we certainly cannot wait to hear what the talented musical artist has to ‘offer’ us next!
