All is set for the free medical outreach organised by the African Action Congress (AAC), gubernatorial candidate in Oyo State, Mojeed Okedara to commence on Saturday, 28th January, 2023, Atiba Hall, Akesan Market, Oyo Town.
Okedara, former Universal Boxing Champion revealed this while speaking with newsmen in Oyo town ahead of the flagging off of his Olugbeja Mekunu Free Medical Health Care scheme, saying it is part of his plan to give opportunity to children, youth and the elderly irrespective of their political affiliation to knowing their state of health.
The AAC candidate said over 20 medical personnel which include doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, pharmacy technicians and logistics workers will be attending to people at the Atiba Hall, Akesan Market, Oyo Town before the scheme is move to other part of the State.
He said the medical team will offer free treatment including eye care, general outpatient, dental care; emergency medical services and health education and drugs will also be available to dispense minimally when it is necessary.
