Late South African hip hop star, AKA’s daughter, Kairo Forbes speaks out for the first time after the death of her father, Kiernan Forbes.
The rapper and DJ Zinhle had Kairo when they were in a romantic relationship, but they ended up co-parenting the little girl as they couldn’t continue as lovers.
The businesswoman has been mourning her baby daddy with different photos and videos shared on her Instagram stories.
A few days after AKA’s death, Zinhle informed the public that her daughter is doing well as she asked in the video shared that “how are you feeling today?”
In response, the young star said, “Pretty”.
“Kairo Forbes is feeling pretty today. Thank you for your love and prayers. She is so old,” the DJ wrote on the video.

The funeral of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes will not be live-streamed or televised. This as the family of the late rapper asked for privacy to bid him farewell.
