Justin Snaith’s charge was strongly expected to win last time but he suffered interference before running on strongly to finish just 2.10 lengths off the winner. He goes 300m further this time which should be right up his street and stands out in this field.
VALUE BET
RACE 4 SWINGER: NO 4 CORNER CRUSADE AND NO 9 LADY MACBETH
This is a very open race and all Swingers should pay well. However, both these runners have excellent course-and-distance form. Corner Crusade has not finished outside the first two in five starts over track and trip while Lady Macbeth is two wins and two seconds in five starts.
They are quoted at 5-1 and 10-1 respectively.
