Social media users keep talking, and while some embrace local celebs, others slam them for petty things.
Actress Linda Sebezo recently took to her TikTok account to address social media trolls.
This after people on the platforms slammed her for shopping at Shoprite. They said they spotted her doing her groceries there and many were unimpressed.
In a two-minute 59-second video she expressed how she felt.

“Hi guys, I don’t know what you want now. When you talk about people you talk about things that aren’t understandable. One minute you say I’m pregnant, the next you say I’ve died, and must rest in peace, and now it’s wrong that I shop at Shoprite?” Linda said.
She asked if there was something wrong with shopping at the store.
“I’m a simple person and believe I’m a people’s person. That’s why I chose the kind of job I’m doing to entertain people,” she said.
She said people would never see her in certain places.
“You’d never see me at places that I would spend a lot of money at.
“Social media, you’re bullying us, and you’ll say we talk too much. It’s painful and I have a family, and sleep with a full stomach. You’re getting too far and can’t bully us like this.
“I even eat amaskopas in Soweto. If you want me to tell you about where I stay, hunt me down and come find out about my life,” she said.
