Black Coffee reflects on performing after near-death plane accident
Black Coffee recently expressed gratitude for the shows he’s performed since surviving a plane accident earlier this year.
Taking to social media, the award-winning DJ shared a series of photos and videos capturing some memorable moments from his gigs.
Reflecting on his journey back to the stage, he opened up about the lingering trauma from the accident.
“Returning to work after the plane accident felt almost impossible,” he wrote. “The fear of getting on flights remains, but my passion for music and spreading love through it is even greater.”
Despite the challenges, Black Coffee highlighted the strength he’s drawn from his fans and his love for performing.
“I’m proud of what we’ve achieved this summer with the European tour and residencies. It may sound cliché, but every show has been better than the last. A big thanks to everyone who joined me over the last month or so on this tour… the perfect way to say see you next year, EU & UK!”
