The 2023 Presidential and National Assembly elections will now take place on February 25, 2023 as the Governorship and state assembly election will take place on March 11, 2023.
Professor Mahmoud Yakubu, INEC Chairman stated this on Saturday February 26, 2022 in Abuja.
It would be recalled the commission had earlier announced February 18, 2023 for the presidential election.
