Burna Boy has shared a tribute verse he wrote to AKA despite the two being on bad terms in the last few years.

The Nigerian crooner delivered a heartfelt sing-songy rap tribute, admitting his fractured relationship with Supa Mega as he expressed that, despite not liking AKA, he didn’t wish death upon him.

“I ain’t really fuck wit you/ But I didn’t want you dead, it was like that with me and you, Wicked!/ I hope they catch whoever did you wicked/ I hope you rest in peace even though we ain’t kicked it”, Burna sings.

AKA and Burna Boy collaborated on 2014’s mega hit song, ‘All Eyes On Me’, however, their relationship began to get shaky after the pair clashed in a Twitter feud over the xenophobic attacks in 2019.

In an interview last year, Supa Mega confirmed that he has no beef with the African Giant although their relationship wasn’t the same. He admitted that he is a Burna Boy fan, however, they do not have to be best friends.
