South African award-winning rapper and businessman Cassper Nyovest expressed his love for rapper Emtee and apologized for hurting his feelings.
This follows after Emtee got emotional on Instagram live and poured his heart out about how he feels about the rapper. The beef between Cassper and Emtee has been raging for a while now, but it’s good to see that bygones are bygones now.
In an interview with Pearl Thusi on BET’s Behind The Story, Cassper said their fallout began when Emtee did not pitch in the studio to do a song together. “With Emtee we were supposed to go to studio. He switched off his phone. I was so excited to be in the studio with him but he mized (ignored) me. Not only him, there’s a lot of people who mize me.” Cassper said.
In response to that, Emtee then took to Podcast and Chill and detailed his own version of events “I don’t wanna rock up there and have him feeling like, eh, so I wanted to pull up respectfully by myself. But then again, knowing the dude I don’t want no weird headlines to come out tomorrow. You find out that maybe while we were in studio he acted like we were cool and we’re recording, kante he is taking a video of my crack,” Emtee said.
Ever since Emtee has been taking jabs at Cassper on social media, Cassper insists it’s all love.

On Instagram live Emtee said he’s never had a problem with Mufasa, but he got angry when he spoke ill of him. “Tell Cassper that I love him, tell him that I look up to him. I never had a problem with him, I was just mad when he spoke shits about me.”
Cassper then replied to his video and apologized for hurting his feelings. He said hopefully they can sort things out and move on.
“It’s all love Emtee. I’m sorry I hurt you. I told you to your face to that I was sorry about the incident. You’re a very talented individual. I want the best for you. Hopefully we can sort it out and move forward. I love you big dawg. See you soon”
