Two prominent fuji stars Saheed Osupa, a Chelsea FC fan and Wasiu Alabi Pasuma who has always displayed his love Arsenal FC have spoken tough ahead of this year’s edition of ‘Champion’s Night.’
Champions Night is an annual event organised by Babatunde Saheed, an Ibadan based sports presenter with the aim to celebrating football lovers and their choice clubs.
The two musicians and other top celebrities in the entertainment and showbiz industry have signified their intentions to storm the Muave 21 event centre in Ibadan, venue of the event scheduled for Thursday September 8, 2022.
They are to fly the colors of their various football clubs according to the statement issued by the organisers and made available to newsmen.
Pasuma who spoke via a radio program aired on Fresh FM Ibadan explained the reasons behind his love for Gunners, while promising to join other top fans of the club as Dr Yinka Ayefele, the Chairman of Fresh FM Nigeria, Suliamon Alao Malaika, another fuji star and other numerous fans of the London club.
Saheed Osupa has also did same while speaking on the sport programme from his overseas tour, promising to return to the country this week basically attend the event and express his love for the Blues.
Osupa added that he would be in Ibadan to deliver banters in his song bragging Chelsea are Champions League winners for a second time.
“All is set to stage the second edition of our event, ‘The Champion’s Night’ that we always organize to celebrate the football lovers and the club of their choice in an electrifying atmosphere where people will gain access to the venue of the event with a customized jerseys of the club”, said Babatunde Saheed popularly known as Mr. Sports.
