Chloe Bailey in Cape Town, South Africa

Chloe Bailey is making the most of her time in South Africa, sharing glimpses of her journey with fans on social media.

Her presence in the country first came to light when a local TikTok user excitedly posted a video after spotting her at a restaurant.

Since then, the American singer has been documenting her experience, from savoring South African cuisine to exploring Cape Town’s breathtaking landscapes.

Among her many adventures, Chloe visited a penguin colony, hiked scenic trails, and even embarked on a safari, where she got to see the country’s wildlife up close.

Expressing her love for the experience, she took to X and wrote, “South Africa is such a vibe.”

She also hinted that her visit might be work-related, sharing, “Sitting on top of the world, making sure I’m grounded in nature any time I can find a moment in between filming … where I’m the happiest.”

Fans couldn’t help but embrace her presence, with some joking that she looks so much like a local that she might have South African roots.

“We actually NEED you to take a DNA test because your phenotype is pure South African,” one user commented.

Another added, “You look Xhosa. Your new name is now Cikizwa Bailey.”

Meanwhile, others couldn’t resist throwing in some shade, with one post reading, “I hope you didn’t bring Burna Boy along, he is not welcomed here.”
