DJ Maphorisa has been granted a bail of R 4000 at the court this Monday, 8th of May, 2023.
The DJ’s girlfriend, Thulisile Phongolo who got him jailed on Sunday for assaulting her has reportedly withdrawn the case which has since been remanded to June 14.
“For clarification, Thuli Phongolo has issued a withdrawal statement but the Magistrate told the accused that bail conditions remain effective until the charges are officially withdrawn….so charges are not officially withdrawn,” a tweep wrote.
Thuli revealed how Phori abused her over an alleged infidelity scare from her end.
“He held me, took me to the balcony, and grabbed me aggressively by my neck.”
