Dr Nandipha Magudumana’s court case is challenging her arrest in Tanzania has been postponed to next month.
The matter was expected to be heard by the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein on Friday, but was adjourned until 1 June.
Home Affairs Minister, Aaron Motsoaledi was added as a 6th respondent in the case and given until Monday to file his opposing papers.

In her court application, Magudumana has argued that members of the South Afric police service (Saps) “arrested and/or forcefully abducted me” in Tanzania last month.
Magudumana was arrested on 6 April 2023 alongside convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester in Arusha.
