The Federal Government (FG) has disclosed that it has repatriated to the country 22 family members of suspected Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) fighters killed in Libya.
In a statement at the weekend by the Head, Media and Public Relations of the Nigerian Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Abdur-Rahman Balogun, it was revealed that 79 other Nigerians were also evacuated from the war turned country
The statement said that the returnees arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at 10:15 p.m. aboard Airforce C130 adding, “The evacuees came with Negative PCR test for Covid-19.”
They were received by officials of Ministry of Foreign Affairs; NIDCOM and other relevant government agencies
