Remy Martin finally brought back their much loved series, Remy Producers in 2022 since their inaugural season in 2019 with their reigning winner Prxfnd. The competition has since catered for a variety of music producers from across the country as they hosted them in a more intimate setting where they all connected in a 3 day shoot as they competed for an opportunity to perform alongside Majorleague DJz in Dubai.
Thuto The Human has since went on to winning the competition as he was crowned the title at an exclusively invite only event in the suburban areas of Orchards. This was a top tier experience as not only did the Pretoria producer’s life change but so did his single ‘Ke Dipatjie’ with Mellow And Sleazy create buzz on the internet for him. The single serves as the lead single to his forthcoming project ‘Peng Huns Love Sgija‘ as well as collaborative merchandise with Leo Virgo.
We got to have a partial sit down with Thuto the human before his departure for Dubai as we felt there was a lot to learn about him. Below is the interview that breaks down Thuto’s journey in the competition as well as his future plans.
