“Strong north to north-westerly winds are possible between Table Bay and Cape Agulhas at first, otherwise west to south-westerly winds, reaching gale force between Cape Point and Plettenberg Bay through Thursday,” warned the weather service.

“Along with the strong winds, wave heights of about 3.5 – 4.5 m are expected. This will lead to very rough and choppy seas.”
