Lynn Forbes at her son, AKA’s funeral program
Lynn Forbes who is the mother of the late Kiernan “AKA” Forbes expressed gratitude to people who have been supportive of her and the family since the passing of her son.
The rapper was shot and killed in Durban on the 10th of February.
While the investigation is still ongoing, the family has decided to carry on the legacy of their son by releasing his 4th album, Mass Country.
Taking to social media over the weekend, Lynn penned down a note of gratitude, saying she is deeply grateful.
“THANK YOU. On behalf of our family, I would like to thank everyone who has reached out to us during this very difficult time. We appreciate every message, every phone call, and every act of kindness and support received. We love and appreciate you so much. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts,” she wrote.
