MaBlerh set to host RHOD 5 reunion
Showmax has confirmed that Mthokozisi “MaBlerh” Cele will once again step into the hot seat as host of The Real Housewives of Durban Season 5 reunion.
This marks his third consecutive year leading the reunion show, solidifying his reputation as a calm but firm moderator amid reality TV chaos.
The two-part special is set to air on July 4 and 11, and fans are already counting down the days.
With emotions still high following the show’s jaw-dropping finale, the reunion promises to dive deep into the unresolved tensions that kept viewers glued to their screens.
The Season 5 finale, which aired on June 13, set social media ablaze and quickly shot to the top of trending topics in South Africa.
The episode wrapped up with a tense dinner scene in Mauritius, where long-standing grudges and fresh betrayals clashed in spectacular fashion.
The drama peaked when Nonku Williams received an anonymous letter during the dinner.
While the letter’s contents remained a mystery at the time, Minnie Ntuli has since come forward on her YouTube channel, claiming responsibility.

MaBlerh, who made history as the first African host to moderate multiple Real Housewives reunions, including The Real Housewives of Gqeberha and The Real Housewives of Johannesburg says he’s ready to ask the tough questions.
