Mawhoo’s ‘The Sound of Magic’ EP achieves 15 million streams
South African vocalist Mahwoo is celebrating a major milestone as her 2024 EP, The Sound of Magic, officially surpasses 15 million streams across digital platforms.
A year after its release, the Amapiano star took to social media to thank her fans for their unwavering support.
“It’s been a year since the release of my last EP The Sound of Magic. We’ve achieved 15 million streams across all DSPs, thank you so much for the love. What’s your favorite song from the EP?” she tweeted, inviting fans to join the conversation.
Earlier this year, Mahwoo announced she was taking a short break from music, saying she was on holiday but would be back soon.
With this new milestone and growing fan anticipation, it seems clear that the singer is gearing up to deliver another project before the year ends.
