Gqom musician Mampintsha has apologized to his fans for not showing up for an event he was booked for over the weekend.
He didn’t show up at the event held at Phila’s Lifestyle in New Hanover, KZN, on Saturday, 3 September.
Taking to social media, the musician posted a video and shared how sorry he was and said he wasn’t aware of the event.
“I’d like to apologize for the gig that we lost. What happened is that my management made a mistake by not telling me that I must go to the event after finishing my other gigs,” he said.
“I always go to all my gigs. I want to apologize, especially on behalf of my management because it’s their fault,” he said.
Mampintsha said he’d like to make amends and bring Big Nuz to the venue as an apology.
“I am open to going there again one day. I hope we will be able to talk and discuss if I can come again.
“I’m thinking that maybe I can get a new date. I can even bring Big Nuz just to show that I don’t ruin things.
“It was my management’s fault, but I’m not blaming them. I know it was a mistake,” said Mampintsha.
Phila’s Lifestyle acknowledged his apology and thanked him through their Facebook page
