Mark Pilgrim proposed marriage to his lover Adrianne Watkins while battling cancer.
The radio personality will be walking the aisle again with Adrianne who has been with him since the genesis of his illness.
Taking to social media, Mark shared a photo of himself holding the engagement ring while sitting on his wheelchair.
Adrianne looked super elated in the photo captioned with, “I love you, my Adrienne …”
Mark Pilgrim has eulogised his fiancee severally as she is supportive.
Meanwhile, the radio star divorced his wife in 2020 after 13 years in marriage.
