Popular radio personality Mark Pilgrim shared a picture of himself sleeping in his bed and revealed on his social media accounts that his body is drained due to chemo therapy. After previously revealing his drastic weight loss, the media personality Mark Pilgrim shared another health update on his social media accounts, by revealing that he’s been doing a lot of sleeping in the last few days.
He posted: “A lot of sleeping the last few days. The body is depleted. After chemo and immuno last Thursday it’s just been pouring out both ends. I’m like a shriveled pea.
The father of two continues to fight stage four cancer and hopes to recover so he can marry his fiancee Adrienne Watkins.
Pilgrim proposed marriage to Watkins on New Years Day, after he was discharged from the hospital where he spent more than two months undergoing various procedures.
His Facebook post, at the time of publishing, has had over 1000 replies, and over 4000 likes, and was shared 32 times. Mark Pilgrim’s social media followers and celebrity friends continue praying for him as he updates and gives a realistic view of what cancer looks like.
“So very very many people are rooting for you with prayers and wish for betterment and healing, in awe of your strength and being given hope for their own journey through the way you are on yours. Wishing you abundant blessings, Mark, the beautiful warrior that you are and continue to be! May you be and feel well soonest!!”
