DJ Mabli Nkosi set to drop debut EP
Mbali Nkosi is stepping boldly into the music scene with the announcement of her debut EP titled Elements, set for release on May 23rd.
Taking to Instagram, Mbali shared her excitement alongside the striking cover art of the project, revealing that Elements is a deeply personal body of work.
“This one is really close to my heart — it’s a sonic journey through the five African elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit,” she wrote.
According to to the DJ, each track on the EP represents a different aspect of nature and the self: grounding, flowing, igniting, drifting, and transcending, offering a spiritual and immersive Afro-tech experience.
She also highlighted the collaboration with a host of talented artists and producers, including Spice Drums, Black Motion, Buhlebendalo Mda, Rowlene, Boskasie, Deepa & Woshee, and Sandile M.
“It’s Afro-tech, it’s spiritual, it’s powerful, and I can’t wait for you to hear it,” she added.
