Controversial gossip blogger Musa Khawula reportedly appeared in Vredenburg Regional Magistrate on Wednesday, 8 March, for a brief moment where a pre-trail conference was supposed to take place following being accused of the fatal stabbing of his ex-boyfriend Wandile Khambule on 4 March last year, Daily Sun reported. 35-year-old Khambule was brutally stabbed to death with a knife in Vredenburg. It’s alleged Khawula went over to see Khambule. He, however, reportedly caught his lover with his girlfriend.
Khawula is currently out on bail. Magistrate Byron Pedro was said to have postponed the matter to 26 June.
The deceased’s girlfriend, Sweetness Jahfta, reportedly said Khawula rocked up around 5 PM, demanding to see Khambule.
Khambule refused to speak to him and said he was not interested in what he wanted to say because he was not interested in him romantically. I then asked them to go [and] speak outside because there were other people in the house. A few moments later, Jahfta reportedly said she heard people outside pleading with Khawula to stop stabbing the deceased.
“When I checked to see what was happening outside, I saw Khawula running after Khambule with a big knife [and] stabbing him; he fell in front of my brother’s bakkie. I then asked one of my friends to go [and] try to stop what was happening. He stabbed him in his chest and at the back.
