Musa Mseleku and his wife

Musa Mseleku has finally spoken about his health scare after reports surfaced in October 2024 that he had been unwell.

At the time, sources claimed he exhibited symptoms similar to a stroke and was recovering after receiving medical care.

Addressing the speculation, the reality TV star and businessman took to social media to share photos of himself at home with his children, dismissing claims that he was still in the hospital.

Speaking to TshisaLIVE, Mseleku confirmed he had suffered a minor stroke, attributing it to stress over maintaining unity within his family.

“I did suffer a minor stroke from stressing over family unity. My wives came through for me and made a substantial contribution,” he revealed.

Grateful for the love and care he received, he later expressed appreciation for his four wives—Busisiwe “MaCele” Mseleku, Nokukhanya “Mayeni” Mseleku, Thobile “MaKhumalo” Mseleku, and Mbali “MaNgwabe” Mseleku.

“Thank you to the wives for taking good care of me in hospital. You paid a fortune for me and you did not ask for a penny from me. I am truly blessed to have you,” he wrote.
