Brian Monaisa confirms breakup with Minnie Dlamini
South African plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Monaisa has issued a statement in response to rumors circulating following his breakup with media personality Minnie Dlamini.
The pair had only recently gone public with their romantic relationship, which sparked major conversations online. However, not long after, reports emerged claiming the two had parted ways.
While the actual reason behind their split wasn’t disclosed, speculation quickly spread on social media, with some users alleging infidelity as the cause.
Addressing the rumors in a social media post, Dr. Brian firmly denied the claims and expressed concern over the potential damage to Minnie’s public image.
“I note with deep dismay that a tabloid newspaper published a malicious article regarding the reasons my relationship with Ms. Minenhle Dlamini ended. The article, as it acknowledges, is based on rumours and is far from the truth. It is not in my nature to entertain rumours, however, this specific rumour is malicious and has the potential to taint Ms. Dlamini’s reputation in circumstances where the rumours are devoid of any truth,” he wrote.
He concluded by clarifying the nature of their breakup:
“It is for this reason that I deem it necessary to set the record straight. Ms. Dlamini and I had a beautiful relationship which sadly came to an end purely for personal reasons, which had nothing to do with infidelity by either party. While our romantic relationship has come to an end, there remains mutual respect between Ms. Dlamini and me.”
