The South Africa DHL Lifesaving Junior and Senior Championships was held at Kings Beach, Gqeberha last weekend.
Teams from across the country battled it out to see who were the kings and queens of the sand and surf.
Ultimately it would be the powerhouse club from Fish Hook, Cape Town that came out on top winning with a final score of 1 015 beating their nearest competitors by 300 points.
