Usman Baba, the Inspector General of Police has ordered the investigation of Habib Okikiola famously known as Portable.
The controversial artiste made a revelation in a trending video on the establishment of two notorious cult groups.
Portable boldly claimed in the video that he formed the notorious cult groups known as One Million Boys and Ajah Boys.
The Lagos gangs are known for their violent activities, including murders, abductions and robbery.
The police at different times arrested a number of members, while some were declared wanted.
A statement on Monday by Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi conveyed Baba’s order of a probe.
“The IGP has ordered CP Lagos to investigate the indicting statement and take necessary legal action.
“This directive is premised on the continuous effort to fish out pillars and sponsors of cult groups in order to decimate their activities”, it reads.
