Sam Deep’s last release before today was a fan-favourite, ‘Thokoza’ featuring MaWhoo, which dropped in August 2022. The single garnered over 2 million streams on Spotify and surpassed 1.8 million streams on YouTube.
‘iMpumelelo’ is a slow tempo track layered with heavy piano keys. Eemoh delivered soothing vocals over the log drum.
The song is described as “a mesmerising reminder to live life to the fullest” as it highlights and encourages fighting for success, which is the sole focus.
