Singer Samthing Soweto warns fans against his hacked Twitter account
Samthing Soweto announced that his X (formerly known as Twitter) account had been hacked.
Fans celebrate the musician’s return on social media days ago; he’s been on hiatus since the saga between him and DJ Maphorisa last year.
However, he called off the hiatus on the X platform with a simple tweet that garnered many responses from his fans.
A fan requested new music, leading to the update about an EP he’s currently working on.
Taking to Instagram this Friday, Samthing announced that the X account has been hacked and he’s trying everything possible to retrieve it.
“My twitter/x account has been hacked. So please tell everyone The handle used to be @samthingsoweto but now it’s @mj_official23. These guys are deleting my content and posting fake MJ content . Please spread help spread the word,” he wrote.
