Nandi Madida Opens Up About Motherhood, Healing, and Leaving a Legacy
“Motherhood is everything to me,” she shared. “I’m trying to empower all our mothers and fathers.”
Nandi expressed how much she loves being a mum and how she draws inspiration from parents who are showing up for their children every day.
“I see you guys who are loving parents and doing it so well. I’m trying to empower people just to be real, to speak authentic stories. It’s okay to feel like you’ve dropped the ball sometimes. Pick it up again. Some days are great, and others are challenging—and that’s okay.”

The star says she’s undergone a complete transformation since becoming a mother.
“I’m not the same woman I was before I had kids. I don’t even remember her. What’s changed is my emotional intelligence and how I manage anxiety. You have to be intentional with children because they absorb your energy. That awareness is different—and it’s beautiful.”
Nandi Madida also spoke about the importance of building a legacy, not just for her children, but for future generations.
“I’m always thinking about my will, trusts, businesses—everything. What am I doing to make sure my kids and their kids will be okay?”
The most important lesson motherhood has taught her?
“To heal yourself. Whether it’s childhood trauma, bad habits—whatever it may be—heal immediately. Do the work. There’s no way to be a healthy parent without healing first.”
