Tbo Touch whose real name is Thabo Molefe has launched his real estate company, Touch Mansion Properties.
Speaking to ZiMoja, the radio personality revealed the inspiration behind the business.
“It doesn’t matter if the house cost R20 000 or R2 million, it will always feel like a mansion to the owner.”
He said the company has only been on the market for a month with inventory worth R280 million.
“We have our target for selling our listings in 30 days. Our model is not just to sell but to influence borrowing policies as you will know that our market is fragile right now. Not everyone has good credit but we can tailor a deal that secures the bank’s investment and our client’s eligibility to pay their mortgage,” he explains.
Touch talks about managing the new venture with his radio job.
“I don’t believe in fighting to create balance, I believe in staying healthy. A healthy mind and body will always primrose family, business, and laughter,” he says.
“There’s abundance, peace, love and power in being closer to God. I believe men are creatures of inconsistencies and hence the only constant variable in life is the love of God.”
Tbo Touch further advised people looking into venturing into property business.
“Firstly, you have to register for your licence as a real estate agent and study because there are multiple exams in order to qualify as a principal-agent. That’s what I had to go through. We have to remain optimistic, we are quick to look for returns. Look for purpose not returns.”
