Fidelity Bank Plc has sponsored the 2026 Young Innovators Camp, a free STEM programme by MONAT designed to equip Nigerian children with skills to thrive in a tech-driven world.
The camp will give children hands-on training in creativity, problem solving, and critical thinking through guided STEM builds, small-group learning, financial literacy classes, and interactive activities.
Participants aged 4 to 10 will be introduced to age-appropriate science, technology, engineering and mathematics concepts in a fun, practical setting aimed at boosting curiosity and confidence.
Speaking on the partnership, Dr. Meksley Nwagboh, Divisional Head, Brand and Communications at Fidelity Bank, said: “The future will be shaped by those who can solve problems and harness technology. At Fidelity Bank, we are nurturing those abilities from an early age. This camp is about inspiring curiosity, building confidence, and helping children believe they can create the future.”
He added that STEM education is a strategic investment in Nigeria’s future. “Today’s young innovators will become tomorrow’s engineers, scientists and entrepreneurs. By partnering with MONAT, we are equipping a generation with the skills and mindset to solve real problems and drive national development.”
The initiative adds to Fidelity Bank’s education interventions, including SWEETA, and its broader CSR focus on youth empowerment and skills development.
Every child will also receive a gift pack with STEM learning materials to continue exploring at home.
Participation is free. Parents and guardians can register children aged 4-10 at: https://monatng.com/event/young-innovators-camp/
