Herc Cut The Lights says people feel some typa way about him working with Focalistic. But what they don’t know is how far back his and Foca’s relationship goes and just how close they are. “What initiated like ‘SSG’ was Focalistic being on the project,” he says.
“If you listen to [my] older stuff, I have been with Foca since primary school. So he’s a very crucial person in my life and even with ‘SSG’, that’s why SSG came out because he was the one that’s like, ‘Yo, dog, I’m going to back you. Even if I have to give you a verse, release music, bro.’ I think that’s a relationship that people don’t understand. So people can say whatever they want to say on it, but they don’t understand it because me and him, we know what’s going on. And he was the one that pushed me to get here.”
