Victor Osimhen’s 14th minute goal via spot kick and Ahmed Musa’s 90th minute goal, also from the spot in the first and second half respectively were all Nigeria needed to beat Liberia 2-0 and grabbed the maximum points to move within a win away from booking one of the World Cup play-off spots on Saturday in Tangier, Morocco.
It was all a show of supremacy over Liberia in competitive football over time at home and away matches.
