South African rapper MSI has officially released the music video for “NGIYLEYO OUTTIE,” featuring fellow Qwellers members Dahoodhope and Jepedoh. The track forms part of MSI’s recently released mixtape, LONG LIVE LORD N9NE, which arrived earlier this month with 14 tracks. The official music video is now available on YouTube.
“NGIYLEYO OUTTIE” continues MSI’s consistent run of releases that have helped position him among the emerging names in South African hip-hop and alternative rap circles. The collaboration with Dahoodhope and Jepedoh also highlights the chemistry between members connected to the Qwellers movement, a collective that has gained traction for its experimental sound and collaborative approach.
The release of the visual follows the arrival of LONG LIVE LORD N9NE, a project that includes tracks such as “UMLAZI” featuring Usimamane, “VICIOUS” featuring FICZ and ISSI, “IYNXADU” with Sastii, and “PND.” The mixtape marks another major release in MSI’s growing catalogue.
Before dropping the latest project, MSI remained active throughout 2025 and early 2026 with several singles and collaborations. Among his recent releases are “KYASHISA,” “DnD,” “UMJITHA ORARE” featuring Swif BiKo and Audio Simz, and “AY LELI ELIYMINA.”
MSI previously gained attention through releases such as “ANGIDLALI NANI” featuring Blxckie. The music video for the collaboration was released in 2024 and showcased scenes filmed around Umlazi. His earlier projects, including NJABULO, NJABULO MHLONGO (Deluxe), NGUWYENA NGIYLONA, and NGUWYENA NGIYLONA KAKHELA DELUXE, also contributed to the steady growth of his audience.
Jepedoh has also maintained momentum with releases including the M.M.L (MONEY MY LOVE) EP and appearances on tracks such as “Inside Phakathi” alongside LaCabra, Sastii, and Dahoodhope. The continued collaborations between these artists reflect the close creative relationship within the current wave of South African underground hip-hop.
