Amapiano producer and DJ Sam Deep has officially released his new EP, Deepla Sauce, adding another chapter to his growing catalogue of music. The seven-track project is now available across major digital streaming platforms, arriving after weeks of anticipation fuelled by teasers and previews shared by the producer.
One of the most anticipated records on the EP is “Rapela,” which sees Sam Deep joining forces with Aidah, Njelic and Thatohatsi. The song generated significant attention before release after being previewed on social media and during live performances, making it one of the standout additions to the project upon its official arrival.
The EP also includes “Izospana,” a single that was released ahead of the project featuring Thatohatsi, Zuma and Marvin. The track introduced listeners to the direction of Deepla Sauce before the full release and now forms part of the complete body of work.
Deepla Sauce follows a productive period for Sam Deep, who has consistently expanded his catalogue through albums, collaborative projects and standalone singles. In 2024 he released projects including Hit Factory, Hola Madeepana and Kwakhanya, before returning in 2025 with Kings of Kwapi Vol. 1 alongside Stixx and Nvcho, as well as the album Who I Am. During that period, he also continued releasing singles and collaborations that kept his name active within the amapiano space.
Over the years, Sam Deep has established himself through collaborations with artists such as De Mthuda, Eemoh, MaWhoo, Zuma, Babalwa M, Stixx and Kabza De Small, contributing to numerous amapiano releases while developing his own production style. His catalogue stretches back to earlier projects including Genesis, Welcome To The Party and iMALI YE NTWANA, reflecting a steady progression leading to the release of Deepla Sauce.
With all seven tracks now available, Deepla Sauce marks Sam Deep’s latest official release, bringing together previously released material, newly unveiled collaborations and the long-awaited arrival of “Rapela” in one complete project.
