South African DJ and producer Black Coffee has reflected on the success of his historic “Live With Orchestra” concert at London’s The O2 after delivering one of the biggest performances of his international career. The sold-out event took place on Friday, 22 May 2026, and marked his largest headline show in the United Kingdom to date.
Following the concert, Black Coffee shared an emotional message on social media, thanking fans and everyone involved in bringing the production to life. He wrote: “This past Friday has left me speechless. Every small detail put together created an absolute dream, from the special guests to the orchestra then the choir & surprises sprinkled throughout. The show blended Black Coffee’s signature Afropolitan house sound with live orchestral arrangements, a choir, guest vocalists and large-scale stage production. Organisers described the concert as a unique live experience that merged electronic music with orchestral performance on a grand scale.
The production featured a 12-piece orchestra positioned around a 360-degree stage setup inside the arena, creating an immersive experience for the audience.
