Unathi Nkayi opens up about several topics on a podcast named Uncalled.
One of the issues discussed is the saga she had with Kaya FM in 2022.
The star was sacked after a verbal fight with Sizwe Dhlomo; she couldn’t speak about it as the radio station silenced her.
On the podcast with Gareth Cliff, Unathi said her father urged her to sue after a year, thought she was quite adamant, but she’s yielded to the advice.
“My dad was like you are not going to touch them for at least a year. So I am like why? He is like, they are going to turn on each other. So when they fired Sibongile, my dad said ‘now you can go’ [laughs]”
